Developmental Disabilities
ViaQuest provides a variety of services for individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability, or with a dual diagnosis of developmental disability and mental or behavioral health need. Our services include:
- Supported Living - We offer community-based supported living in an individual’s home for as little as a few hours per week up to 24-hours per day, or in licensed homes staffed 24-hours per day. For more information, visit SupportCareInc.com or ViaQuestBH.com.
- Intermediate Care Facilities/MR – We have three, five-person homes in the Central Ohio area to serve individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Day Habilitation Programs – We provide day habilitation programs for individuals in state-of-the-art facilities complete with teaching kitchens, computer labs, laundry facilities and transportation services. Individuals enjoy regular community outings and a variety of learning experiences as well as life-skills training. For more information, visit QforI.com.
- Vocational Programs – We offer vocational programs for individuals looking to earn a paycheck. Individuals learn the skills necessary to work and can apply their skills to jobs both in our facilities and in the community. For more information, visit QforI.com.
- Delegated Nursing Services – Our licensed nurses provide care to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses. - Comprehensive Training Classes – We offer Medication Administration Certification training classes for direct support staff and other professionals working with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses. For more information, visit ViaQuestNursingServices.com.
- Nursing Audit Services – We offer nursing audit services for providers in licensed and supported living environments to ensure quality assurance standards and preparation for audits, surveys and certifications will be met according to state tools.
