Larry Worth │ Executive Director

Larry WorthLarry directs the vision and path for the ViaQuest Foundation, as well as provides strategic guidance on all projects. Larry’s passion, energy, and insightful direction have led to hundreds of people with disabilities enter into the workforce within a multitude of industries.

Larry is a member of ADVICE, a group of expert consultants that specialize in creating pathways for employment for people with autism. ADVICE is funded through Autism Speaks, NEXT for Autism, and the Poses Family Foundation. Larry is also a member of APSE, the Association of People Supporting EmploymentFirst.

Prior to over 10 years in the disability industry, Larry started up and owned small businesses, worked as a change agent for transitioning corporations, and has held several positions in sales, marketing, and operational management. Larry credits his success in the disability industry on having a corporate core,
marrying sound business practices and strategies with the incredibly meaningful work of proving that people with disabilities are game changers!

Larry holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree from Franklin University.

Lauren Todd Steinbacher │ Associate Director, Lead Consultant

Lauren oversees all operational aspects for the ViaQuest Foundation, and is the lead Consultant for the Diversity & Inclusion division. Lauren’s efforts in developing disability inclusive workforces have led to careers for hundreds of people across the nation. Her school transition team has assisted districts across the state of Ohio, including the development and implementation of multiple employment programs.

Lauren is a multi-year Board Member of the Ohio Chapter of APSE (Association of People Supporting EmploymentFirst), and a member of ADVICE, which is a group of expert consultants that specialize in creating pathways for employment for people with autism. ADVICE is funded through Autism Speaks, NEXT for Autism, and the Poses Family Foundation.

For the past 15 years, Lauren has been dedicated to creating an inclusive lifestyle for people with all disabilities. Starting her career working with individuals with developmental disabilities in residential settings, to then working in employment services to assist people with disabilities secure gainful employment, Lauren has helped individuals with disabilities become meaningful partners in their communities. Her work and insight in all aspects of the industry provides our team with the continued motivation of why we do what we do. As a result, Lauren has become a leader in the disability community nationally and driven by the impact she is making in so many people’s lives.

Lauren holds a Bachelors of Arts, Psychology degree from the University of Akron.

Jennifer Hudak  |  Diversity & Inclusion Director

Jennifer leads and is a consultant within, the Diversity & Inclusion division. Jennifer provides operational support around the nation as our accounts develop their disability inclusive culture and create pathways to hire veterans and people with disabilities.

Jennifer is a multi-year Board Member of the Ohio chapter of APSE (Association of People Supporting EmploymentFirst). She is also the Co-Founder and Lead Facilitator of NEOREN (Northeast Ohio Regional Employment Network), a collaborative network of 250 employment experts from corporate and disability industries dedicated to comprehensive employment engagement strategies and evidence-based practices to accelerate employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Over the past 20 years, Jennifer has built a career collaborating with executive level leaders in corporate business, government, and nonprofit companies.  Through these networks, she has implemented valued systems change increasing knowledge, efficiencies, and access to the untapped workforce of people with disabilities. Jennifer’s experience, knowledge, and guidance continues to
pay dividends for job seekers with disabilities, and those companies who work with us seeking to hire them…even long after our engagement ends.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology degree from Youngstown State and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Walden University.

John Bryson  |  Transition Services Director

John leads the Transition Services division, and is instrumental in the creation of partnerships and programs with school districts, locally and nationally.  John is also a consultant for the Diversity & Inclusion division.

John is a Board Member of the Ohio APSE (Association of People Supporting EmploymentFirst), and a lead member of NEOREN (Northeast Ohio Regional Employment Network), a collaborative network of 250 employment experts from corporate and disability industries dedicated to comprehensive employment engagement strategies and evidence-based practices to accelerate employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

For nearly 10 years of combined work in the education and disability industries, John brings an innovative spirit to working with school districts and businesses. In the education industry, John began his career teaching inner-city at-risk youth, then moving to students with disabilities where he utilized a mixture of direct instruction and cooperative learning strategies to create successful outcomes. Since then, John remains committed to the implementation of innovative strategies, expanding upon his experience in education to also become recognized as a dedicated leader of employment services, developing career pathways for workers with disabilities.

John holds a Bachelor of Arts, Communications degree and a Master of Science, Education degree from The University of Akron.

Jason Weppelman  |  Client Relations Director

Jason partners with corporations, schools, government agencies, non-profits and national funders to understand their specific culture and needs. Together with our clients, Jason leads the development of disability inclusive programs that are catered to each client’s culture, matching it with disability industry resources to make it all happen!

Additionally, Jason leads the development efforts of NEOREN (Northeast Ohio Regional Employment Network), a collaborative network of 250 employment experts from corporate and disability industries dedicated to comprehensive employment engagement strategies and evidence-based practices to accelerate employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Jason brings over a decade of advanced leadership in both the non-profit and private sectors, holding several development positions, as well as being the President/CEO of a Better Business Bureau.  He combines experience with a focused passion to find innovative solutions for talent acquisition and retention. Jason’s work has been vital to the creation of multiple collaborative groups that connect with businesses resulting in tremendous success…proving daily that disability hiring is a sound business decision!

Stephanie Ravak  |  Transition Services Manager

Stephanie manages the day-to-day operation of our school transition program partnerships throughout Ohio. Stephanie works with the school teams to design authentic community-based employment programming that is catered to their district’s mission and department goal. Stephanie oversees the implementation of the program, develops new relationships with local community businesses on behalf of the districts, and supervises our community coaches.

Stephanie has worked with students in a variety of capacities throughout her career. Whether it has been within treatment centers, through case management or instructing students with disabilities, Stephanie has provided impactful support and direction, resulting in receiving an award for her service to students. Stephanie’s experience, knowledge, and guidance are utilized daily as our districts put their trust in us to set their students on their best path toward employment.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology degree from Ohio University-Zanesville.
