Mildred Wolford

Mildred Wolford serves as the Charge Nurse for ViaQuest Healthcare Central. She has been in this position since 2001, as well as serving in another branch of the ViaQuest family of companies, ViaQuest Nursing Services.

Mildred worked in geriatric nursing as a Nursing Assistant until 1971 when she received her LPN from Knox Career Center. She performed her clinical training in a convalescent center in Chesterville, Ohio, and her pharmacology at Mount Vernon Developmental Center.

Mildred lives in Mount Vernon, Ohio, and is a proud mother and grandmother. She enjoys gardening, fishing, walking and entertaining her 3 grandchildren. She has a cat named Cheeta who works alongside Mildred and brightens the days of individuals at the ViaQuest Healthcare Central homes.

Cherry Washington

Cherry Washington serves as the Home Manager for the ViaQuest Healthcare Central Redwood home. In this position she oversees the day to day operation of the home and ensures that quality services are provided to the individuals that live there.

Cherry is a native of Dayton and was employed with the Dayton Public Schools as a Paraprofessional for 7 years prior to joining ViaQuest Healthcare Central. In that capacity, she assisted the Special Education Teacher with implementing all general education courses, conflict resolution skills, and appropriate social/emotional skills to children/young adults with severe emotional disabilities. Cherry loves the individuals she serves at ViaQuest Healthcare Central and values the diversity they bring to her life on a daily basis.

Joseph Mansaray

Joseph Mansaray serves as the Home Manager for the ViaQuest Healthcare Central Furth home. In this position he is responsible for the areas of personnel management, coordination of the individual plans and household management of the individuals served. Hiring the highest quality staff and assuring their complete orientation and ongoing training is a major priority for Joseph.

Prior to becoming a Home Manager, Joseph worked as a direct care staff person with ViaQuest Healthcare Central. He was hired by ViaQuest in 2001 with no experience, but being offered the chance to prove himself Joseph has been promoted and grown into a great leader and role model to both staff and individuals served by ViaQuest Healthcare Central. Joseph prides himself on knowing how the homes operate and maintaining the consistency and quality of service that the individuals deserve and need.
