Our staff of professionals has been chosen to be a part of the ViaQuest family based upon their specialized training and passion for what they do. Each team has an appointed Registered Nurse who will oversee your care and supervises her/his team members to ensure full communication with the family and physician. Our employees complete a stringent hiring process and regularly complete continuing education courses. ViaQuest Hospice often asks for feedback from our families to ensure we have the right staff in place for you or your loved one.
The ViaQuest Hospice Team
- In-home care is provided by visiting Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Home Health Aides.
- Our Medical Directors oversee day to day care and are available for home visits.
- Social Workers assist with emotional issues and connections to community resources that may be of benefit.
- Hospice Chaplains are available to assist with spiritual concerns.
- Volunteers provide companionship for the patient and respite for caregivers, as well as specialized therapies including Reiki, music, massage and pet therapy.

Fourteen years ago, Jessica received her R.N. licensure with an desire to focus on geriatrics. Six years later, that goal led her to hospice. Jess's personal experience of caring for her father as a hospice patient brought the realization that as traumatizing as it is, we have to accept death as a part of life. Drawing from her own loss, Jess's caring and compassion drive her to help others make a difficult time just a little easier.
